The article below was written about two years ago, and at the time I was just printing my general thoughts, in a pretty wishey washy manner, I did have at this point in time a working demonstrator of a propulsion device, but no set theory. Then I got to thinking about inertia and what that had to do with gravity, and the world changed for me. All I have said is true above but in the second file to be uploaded as soon as practicable, I will enclose experiments, data sets Theories, times and places, names, in general good hard data nothing wishey washy about this next installment , just good hard science, I guarantee even if you do not agree it will make you think.

As
an element of my drive system and how it can be used to levitate objects
and propel them
Brief history
I have developed several electronic / mechanical models for a inertial drive system that have achieved remarkable results when tested either on water, a pendulum.
The
above were based on centrifugal out of balance forces, but which I theorised
would operate the same way on a nuclear proton / electron level.
The
above work goes back quite some years, and has continued to the present
day.
During 1998 I received a commission to developed a magnetic material, and I had the good fortune the same year to visit and use the high field lab facility in Nimajen Holland.
Based on these three elements / Experiments I evolved the following possible theory, which may validate the working of my models and explains the nature of magnetic forces, which to date nobody has satisfactorily explained to me, and I have consulted many expert and knowledgeable people on this matter.
In addition I will call into evidence various reports.
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS
1. Gravity is nothing more or less then out of balance centrifugal force. Albeit on the electron proton level.
2. A magnet can and does produce the same effect as gravity, when and if it is presented to a ferrous non ferrous material or another magnet, a magnet is a very localised gravity field.
It effects different material in the same way but to a different degree two magnets repel / attract, non ferrous material and magnet appears to have no effect on each other, but in reality they do react.
The reason being in the case of a stone or other non ferrous material the electron protons may be interacting to a very limited degree i.e. only one or two protons / electrons may be in a position to create the distortion effect which also explains way gravity is such a week force.
In the case of a magnet all of the molecules hence protons / electrons are in play at any one time and you have a very strong effect / localised gravity field.
3. A magnet any magnet is comprised of two elements [1] a control circuit and [2] a power circuit [ note I am not talking about its construction, material, electric, or solid state, ac or dc it matters not which.]
I am talking about what a magnet is why it attracts and repels certain material why you can see field lines around and between magnets, i.e. powdered fillings magnetic reactions to instruments and yet their dose not seem to be any medium you can interface with or shield and the same applies to gravity again you can not shield its effects.
The correct assumption therefore is that there is nothing there to measure or shield. What you see in the case of iron filings or instrumentation is a reaction caused by what ever it is you are using to measure effects i.e. the electrons of the measuring instrument / material is effecting the adjacent electron fields of what ever it is you are trying to measure there is no medium in between therefore there is nothing to shield.

ANSWERS
Gravity
is nothing more then out of balance forces. i.e. centrifugal force
This
some people say is a pseudo force and does not really exist this may be
but try telling the designer or engineer developing turbine blades this.
while as a independent force it does not exist the properties and effects
do exist and they are very significant.
Swing a brick around on a piece of string you feel if you are being pulled, if at any instant in time you were put on a roller skate you would move.
Consider a hydrogen atom a very energetic particle indeed. and why so energetic. it consist of a single atom and a single electron much as the above where you swung a brick around on a piece of string in this analogy you would be the atom and the brick the electron same effect same situation an out of balance eccentric force. Electrons have mass and therefore you have the same effect. and also explains why hydrogen is a so energetic a particle i.e. it is unbalanced i.e. try swinging a brick around on roller skates why you would be pulled about all over the place, as is a hydrogen atom, which why hydrogen is used in nuclear magnetic resonance.
Take a more stable atom that has a number of electrons this is more balanced and not so energetic i.e. its more stable
WHAT
IS A MAGNET AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO THE ABOVE
AND
WHAT POWERS A MAGNET

A magnet consist of two elements [1] a control element or circuit this
being the electrons, generating a field and if strong enough all adjacent
electrons and [2] this field distorts all the neighboring electron paths
much as a electron is deflected in a cathode tube but in the case of the
above all the electrons in a material are deflected into a eccentric orbit
therefor this becomes a out of balance centrifugal force [ electrons have
mass ] they have stable orbits if a field alters this orbit at the correct
times or in phase you have a mass shit i.e. a Weight shift.
In the case of our brick and string for one half rotation the brick is at a larger diameter or in the case of the electron its being deflected for one half rotation into a higher energy state/level hence you have a movement in the direction of the larger orbit / energy state.
In
the case of a magnet what happens is that all the molecules aligning up
and hence the electrons / protons. It is the magnetic field of a electron
that pulls of repels other electrons
BUT
IT IS THE CENTRIFUGAL ECCENTRIC FORCE OF THE ORBIT OF THE ELECTRON / PROTON
THAT IS SUPPLYING THE POWER THIS IN TURN BEING DRIVEN BY THE NUCLEAR FORCES
I.E. the electrons aligning up and magnetically pulling each and every electron into a elliptical orbit it is the mass of the electrons that supply the power, the magnetic field around the electron could not do this i.e. it is powerful enough only to deflect the orbit of the electron, from which point the eccentric centrifugal process takes over supplying the power i.e. the electron magnetic field is distorting the neighboring electron orbital field driving those electrons in to eccentricity and visa versa
In the case of two magnets attracting, what is happening is that all the electrons are out of balance eccentricity and centrifugal towards each other and so they move together.
In the case of gravity where the mass may not be ferrous the same effect applies i.e. all mass is made up of atoms all have electrons and they repel or attract.
Therefore when electrons in a solid non magnetic material are placed close together say in free space away from a gravity field what happens is that the electrons magnetic properties attract each others orbits creating the orbital eccentric movement and from that point the out of balance forces pull the material together .
Albeit in non magnetic material the effect is markedly reduced by the fact that only certain protons / electrons are in play at any one time. hence gravity is a weak force.
In the case of the permanent magnet the reason it is able to retain its power more or less indefinitely is that the molecules are set or our aligned in a set position as are the electrons / protons permanently and so the out of balance force is constant i.e. it is the electron orbital eccentricity that is powering the magnet and as this is driven from the nuclear level its a permanent effect no wonder magnets or gravity do not lose their fields.

and its sign, this is of course modified by the control circuit i.e. the

all electrons have a magnetic field and in the case of gravity electrons
in a large mass even if non ferrous deflect the orbit of other electrons
towards the greater mass. in the case of the magnet it is that the ferrous
material i.e. the molecules are aligned in a more homogenous fashion but
the effect is the same but more localised in essence its no different then
gravity where only a few orbital paths may be effected.

Answer the power of a magnet is derived from the eccentric orbit of electrons this being driven by the nuclear processes the cause of the eccentric is the weaker magnetic property of the electron i.e. two electrons will distort each others orbits in a direction towards each other and being driven by a nuclear process the life of the magnet can be infinite, the limiting factor being molecular drift where the electrons do not align up. The magnetic field weakens and the eccentric of the adjacent electron lessens and the magnet weakens. In the case of gravity and earth for the most part non ferrous material the molecular drift is a constant average matrix it cannot weaken. to reduce the gravity field you would need to remove material to a distance were the electron distortion of the mass removed would not interface with the remaining mass
However it is possible to exploit this effect, where as gravity interactions take place on a reduced scale as opposed to a magnet. It is possible to excite more of the electrons / protons of a material or test rig to a level were the effect is similar to a magnetic effect, not only that but the electron / proton distortion can be either positive or negative i.e. down to the greater mass i.e. the earth's gravity well, or negative, being repelled upwards out of the earth's field, this is achieved by superimposing a stronger field at the correct orbital co-ordinates. Further to achieve this in a non ferrous material it is necessary to use high voltage and or frequencies.
Questions asked of myself and which may be asked by others
Q1. Given that magnets and gravity operate on the same principle and given that a magnet produces a very strong localised gravity field. You would expect that a magnet would have some influence on other materials such as non ferrous material, paramagnetic material stones, rock, glass, etc.
Answer
They do, assuming that unlike a magnet, non-ferrous materials, stones,
rock, etc. have complicated electron proton shell arrangements and given
that the matrix is a random mix, were the average positive negative forces
both magnetic and electric in nature will cancel i.e. on presenting a magnetic
field to such material, e.g. a piece of class the field effect on the electrons/
protons in the glass will be equally divided between attraction and repulsion
so their will be no net effect i.e. nothing appears to happen, where in
fact a reaction is taking place.

In such instances their may be only one or two electrons, protons in position, in the right configuration to exhibit the electron distortion effect.
Which explains why gravity is such a weak force i.e. of all the material available only a small percent is in operation at any one time, unlike a magnet were all the molecules hence electron , protons are in play at any one time.
Experimental test of the above
Given that only a small amount of material is being influenced by electron / proton distortion in a random mix, and give that you can not alter this mix, it is reasonable to assume that increasing the magnetic field strength, their must come a point were all materials will behave similar to a magnet i.e. repulsion attraction etc. i.e. increased field strength must effect more material note not all of it but more of it.
And this is indeed what happens, during my experiments in Nimeajen I subjected non-ferrous metallic materials to a 13 telsa field and a Dr Gime has subjected water calcium stone dirt glass etc. materials in the same arrangement and all materials levitated Note Dr Gimes work was carried out at a different time and for a different purpose and I have extracted some of his data for my examples. however the tests were carried out on the same test rig.
Given
that all the above is correct it then follows that if you can increase
and control the effect i.e. the firing position were the electrons / protons
are in the best position to be influenced you can levitate propel any material
/ vehicle and incidentally get rid of acceleration effects as the propulsion
is driven from the electrons / protons level in any individual atom on
board the vehicle i.e. the force effects each and every atom so no acceleration
effects.

Q2.
A
fundamental question remains, and this is what is magnetic attraction,
note even if we can not address this correctly it will not effect any of
the above i.e. the drive system. However a possible hypothesis is as follows.
Given that [A] the magnetic properties of a electron / proton is the control element driving the above system and it is the elliptical eccentric of the electron that is the power element.
It follows if we step down a sub domain and are correct in our assumption, it opens up the possibility of creating artificial gravity plates, and artificial black holes, which in turn gives rise to accessing other space time domains.
EXPLANATION
1. A magnetic field as we understand it and manipulation of its properties is correct, but as to what a field really is becomes very speculative, science has made no real head way apart from mathematical modeling. We may be correct in using its effects but incorrect in the understanding of the underlying reasons for the effect.
2. A electron / proton and for that matter an atom create a space time anomaly i.e. as a large planet / black hole distorts space time, a electron which has mass even if ever so small a mass also creates the same effect i.e. a vortex where neighboring electrons run down the resulting gradient. The gradient is the attraction force note not the magnetic moment of the electron which is not the reason why mass is pulled to together in this sub domain, when adjacent electrons run down the vortex gradient they form a greater vortex and the result is exponential, on this level this is in addition to the electron magnetic moment which has a more important roll in the domain above i.e. the generation of elliptical orbit distortion.
If the above is correct using the above principles and control systems, it should be possible to create very localised and powerful gravity fields .
Given that a [magnet / gravity field ] can reach 30 telsa and given that a magnet is a localised gravity field, we are already creating a artificial gravity that is equivalent to x times the size of the earth were the earth has a field strength of xxx a 30 telsa field would be the equivalent of a planet the size of xxx, and more importantly it is a very localised field.
Question at what field strength must we reach before we encounter space time distortion.
If are assumptions above are correct this in turn gives rise to the possibility of creating artificial gravity plates, propulsion without acceleration effect, space time distortion i.e. a distortion effect might be created by projecting a gravity well in front of a vehicle, as has already be proposed.
In closing a vortex is a little known anomaly that exists every where, to which nobody has proposed a satisfactory answer, perhaps the above might.
